Power Breakfast Recipe

Imagine waking in the morning to delicious smells wafting from the kitchen. You walk in and see the table prepared with a nutritious, hearty looking meal. Your postpartum doula greets you with, “Good morning!” and hands you coffee prepared exactly how you like. You take a bite of the food and realize it tastes even better than it smells.

You wonder if you’re living in a dream. No, you’re smart. You hired a postpartum doula.

She has used many a breakfast recipe to ensure your family feels nourished and cared for after a night’s rest. Her attention to detail, your food restrictions, and preferences has helped you relax knowing there is one less thing for you to worry about. Her presence allows you the peace of mind to focus on recovery and bonding with your baby.

She is invaluable.

At Sun State Doulas, our postpartum doulas sit down with their clients to discuss meal planning and preparation using our meal planning template. They then use that template to go grocery shopping and plan the week’s meals ahead. Because of our attention to detail and focus on providing the most exceptional service possible, our clients consistently have positive things to say about our services.

To give you a taste of some of the amazing food you would experience with our postpartum doulas, we have included a breakfast recipe from Real Food by Dad.
