1 perfectly baked potato
2 Tbsp grated cheese of your choice
2 strips of bacon
1 poached egg
1/4 avocado sliced
- Bake the potato
- Cook the bacon
- Poach the egg
- Grate the Cheese
- Slice the Avocado
- Layer on the potato as desired
